All reels are warranted for repair or replacement for 10 years provided that owner maintains reasonable care and maintenance as described in the reel information sheet. A reel information sheet is provided with each reel and contains the reel Serial Number, Original Owner Name as well as maintenance information.

Left-hand - right-hand change over: The original owner may elect to change reel wind. This is quite easy on a pawl and cog wheel type reel, but must be done in-shop for the Custom drum drag reels. The parts and labor is provided free. Please pay shipping costs - second day Priority US Mail.

General Repairs: Repairs are usually performed in a timely manor. Repairs always include cleaning, lubrication and rigorous operational check.
