All reels are warranted for repair or replacement for the original owner for 10 years provided that he or she maintains reasonable care and maintenance as described in the reel information sheet. A reel information sheet is provided with each reel and contains the reel Serial Number, Original Owner Name as well as maintenance information.

Left-hand - right-hand change over: The original owner may elect to change reel wind. This is quite easy on a pawl and cog wheel type reel, but must be done in-shop for the Custom drum drag reels. The parts and labor is provided free. Please pay shipping costs - second day Priority US Mail.
